Judea Reform and Jewish for Good are hosting an emergency blood drive on February 28th, 2021 in response to the critical supply shortage facing the local community. Many lives are saved each year by blood donors like yourselves. It is a simple and selfless act that can profoundly affect the life of another. By joining us during this drive, you will have the opportunity to double your impact. For each donor screened, The Blood Connection will donate an amount equal to 28 measles rubella vaccines to Vaccine Ambassadors, a local nonprofit that serves the immunization needs of children and families residing in Latin America and the Caribbean. This pandemic has reminded us of the power that vaccines have to prevent illness and save lives. Vaccines protect individuals, communities and the fragile healthcare systems struggling to meet the unrelenting demands of COVID-19.
