Vaccine Ambassadors was born out of the idea that each of us has the ability to have a profound impact on the life of another. We often think of the term ambassador, as being reserved for a high ranking diplomat or famous person representing an organization or company. At Vaccine Ambassadors we believe that everyone can be an ambassador to a child or community in need of immunization services.

In the United States vaccinations are a part of our routine healthcare practices. Many countries do not have such advantages, and children die every day from lack of access to something as simple as vaccines that many times cost less than a dollar.

As Vaccine Ambassadors we work to change that reality. Together with the Pan American Health Organization, Regional Office of the World Health Organization for the Americas, Vaccine Ambassadors has provided over 700,000 vaccines for children and families in Latin America and the Caribbean.
